But  the produce of flock heat transfer is a key to this problem.it is made from high-end polyester flock,  process into thin film,  then made into flock heat transfer vinyl with hot melt glue and PET release film at a high temperature.there are two advantage for use, on one hand , it is easy to cut down the shape in need with plotter cutting machine, then heat transfer onto fabrics by heat press machine or iron. the other hand,it doesn't have MOQ, even one product is convenient to make. it is a nice material for garments.    Step 1:  cut down the shape  in need  by plotter cutting machine.      As we know,puff heat transfer stickers usual apply to children ’  s garments,jeans wears ,jackets ,advertisement shirts and so on,its stereo sense is very strong, and look like three D effect, so not only children but also adults love its effect. However , when it comes to the method of making puff sticker ,some body will make some mistakes .     Let ’ s see a wrong object :     We can see the effect of puff sticker,it looks very ugly, right? Well,there are some reasons can explain this phenomenon :Firstly,the temperature isn ’ t the require (130-150 ℃ )one,so the puff couldn ’ t exand ;Secondly, the transfer pressure isn ’ t enough ; thirdly,the puff sticker is out of expiry date.       Right method: 1.
