  In the past, traditional flock effect have to made by silk screen printing , coat and dry , over and over again,  its process is very complex and need many different steps, it will cost us a lot and we should spent too much time to make it.
But the produce of flock heat transfer is a key to this problem.it is made from high-end polyester flock,  process into thin film,  then made into flock heat transfer vinyl with hot melt glue and PET release film at a high temperature.there are two advantage for use, on one hand , it is easy to cut down the shape in need with plotter cutting machine, then heat transfer onto fabrics by heat press machine or iron. the other hand,it doesn't have MOQ, even one product is convenient to make. it is a nice material for garments.

  Step 1: cut down the shape in need by plotter cutting machine.

Step 2: tear away the useless film,you will get the picture you want 

Step 3: heat transfer onto fabrics with its right parameter

 It is easy for us to DIY,not only animals, flowers, words or numbers etc. Now let's see some beautiful effects of flock heat transfer vinyl.
