Abstract  After heat transfer vinyl cut on cutting plotter, we need to weed the extra part, sometimes the design will come out with the extra. Here comes 4 skills help weeding easily on heat transfer vinyl.

1.Tools

As for tiny letters, unique design, we can use tools like tweezers, hooks to help weeding. We recommend to weed from tiny design to large one, not only the tiny design is much easier to come up, we can check whether the cutting work is done perfectly.

2.Rescuing method

It is unavailable that some design will be peel off while weeding, don’t be upset, we can use double-side adhesive tape to fix it back to position at this moment.

By the way, if you use our tacky back type heat transfer vinyl, then you are free of these worries.

3. Alternative product

We will meet the cases which lead time is urgent and too many tiny design weeding work. If it is possible, we suggest you have a trying on our tacky backing/ adhesive heat transfer vinyl. You can have smooth weeding experience, and the line thickness can even down to 0.5 mm.

4.Versatility

It is not a problem if you do not own a large working table, you can cut them into smaller sheet and weed one by one.
